Soon after graduating from Slippery Rock University in 2011 I found my dream job coaching sports & teaching physical education. In 2022 I traded coaching multiple sports and CrossFit for owners and their dogs.

I still teach high school phys. ed., making my availability a bit limited, but I’m always excited to talk to owners and offer them the help I once needed.
